OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting for a mobile maintenance technician to cover North East and North West England. The role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems, with a focus on safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services, a valid CSCS card, and a solid understanding of safety documentation. A driving licence and basic IT skills are essential.

• Knowledge of safety documentation and site safety procedures.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• First Aid knowledge.
• IT-literate with basic Excel & Microsoft products.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
• Ensure reactive works orders and PMs are completed within contract SLAs & KPIs.
• Contribute to efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability through service delivery.
• Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks.
• Undertake contractor control duties and monitor workmanship.
• Support the site supervisor with integrated service delivery on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.

About The Role

Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:30

This is a mobile role covering North East and North West England.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems
• Ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
• Provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
• To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
• Support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered, safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota

Essential Hiring Criteria

• Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
• Must have a current, valid driving licence.
• NVQ, or equivalent inElectrical, Mechanical, or Building Services along with proven maintenance experience.
• Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are always followed.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of First Aid
• IT Literate - Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft products
