Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to service healthcare sites in Elstree, Chelmsford, Maidstone and Royal Tunbridge Wells. You’ll cover multiple sites, manage own workload and deliver high maintenance standards with autonomy.

Role involves PPM and reactive maintenance, electrical fault-finding, and coordinating with contractors. A full UK driving licence and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualification.
• Experience in commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
• Experience with both PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good multi-skilled engineering knowledge.
• Experience supervising contractors or subcontractors.
• UK driving licence in possession.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Electrical fault finding, repairs and general building services work.
• Undertake compliance inspections and checks.
• Support fire alarm and emergency lighting testing.
• Water hygiene activities support.
• Support AHU, HVAC and mechanical services.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage contractor access and permits.
• Keep accurate maintenance and compliance records.
• Respond to breakdowns and engineering issues.
• Provide general engineering support across sites.
• Build strong relationships with site teams and customers.
• Ensure work is completed safely per procedures.
