Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire in Penrith is hiring a Mobile Vehicle Technician to service and repair a range of light commercial vehicles. You’ll work from a company van, follow a pre-planned diary, and enjoy a competitive basic salary up to £42,500 plus bonus and overtime.

The role features office-hours Monday to Friday with one Saturday morning in four, a great work/life balance, and access to a supportive workshop network and training opportunities to grow your expertise.

Qualifications

• Experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Technician or Mechanic.
• Broad mix of work including servicing, maintenance, recalls.
• Fast-paced background with the technical skills to solve each job safely.
• You take pride in providing a great customer experience to every customer, every day.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and maintenance on vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and carry out warranty work when required.
• Complete recalls and safety checks to meet company standards.
• Work with a dedicated workshop to deliver first-class fixes.
