Job summary

CPM UK is seeking a Merchandiser in the Bude area. The role requires you to visit stores 2–4 hours per week, with the potential to increase. You will need your own car and will be paid £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay.

Flexible schedule Mon-Sun with fixed visits on Tue, Thu and Sat. Ideal for someone with retail or merchandising experience. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding, with ongoing work available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is ideal.
• Drivers with own car preferred due to travel to stores.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures confidently (gondolas, bays, shelving).
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye-catching and easy to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
