Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited seeks a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to reactive works across our sites. You will report to the Contracts Manager and work with multiple departments to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient building services maintenance.

As part of the role you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, maintaining CAFM records, and adhering to attendance dates and shift rotas.

Qualifications

• Vented/Unvented G3 qualification.
• Commercial Gas (All Modules).
• Experience with mechanical pipework, valves, pumps, HVAC plant.
• General Building services qualifications (plumbing, repairs).
• Qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
• Servicing and repair of onsite plant and fittings.
• Organising housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance located in Eldon Square by the required attendance dates.
• Update the Legal compliance documentation via a tablet (provided) to a high standard.
• Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system which provides live updates to our client.
• Be included in a tech team shift rota covering the shopping centre opening hours.
• Be part of a callout rota at the end of a successful probation period.
• Work overtime as necessary to satisfy our client.
