Job summary

CRP Group Global Ltd in Inverness is seeking a Mobile Fitter to diagnose and repair machinery at customer sites across the region. You will train via a City & Guilds qualification, receive tools and support, and operate a company van to service hydraulic systems and general mechanical equipment.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, a clean UK driving licence, and are willing to work on-call with a strong work ethic. Long-term career prospects offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical fitting or maintenance.
• Hydraulics experience is advantageous but not required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer call-outs to diagnose and repair machinery.
• Install, service and replace hydraulic hoses and related components.
• Promote company products and services to customers.
• Maintain stock levels within the service vehicle.
• Carry out vehicle checks and keep the van clean and operational.
• Complete paperwork and technical documentation accurately.
• Support colleagues across the wider business when required.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
