Job summary

CRP Group Global Ltd in Inverness is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join its growing team. After a fully paid two-week training, you’ll gain a City & Guilds qualification and receive the tools and support needed to succeed.

The role involves operating a company van to service customer sites across the region and delivering high levels of service and technical support. OTE £45,000 - £60,000 per year reflects earnings potential with training and progression.

Qualifications

• Mechanical fitting or maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulics or hoses is advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required; right to work in the UK; no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair machinery.
• Install, service and replace hydraulic hoses and related components.
• Promote company products and services to customers.
• Maintain stock levels in the service vehicle.
• Complete paperwork and technical documentation accurately.
• Support colleagues across the business as required.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
