Mitie is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our Heathrow Airport team. You will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and following maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems, and water assets, with on-call duties and strict health & safety adherence. Applicants should have FM/maintenance experience, a UK driving licence, and strong communication skills for client liaison.

Competenze

• Experience in maintenance/facilities management.
• Knowledge of health and safety and safe systems of work.
• Valid full UK driving licence and IT literacy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to use mobile devices effectively.

Mansioni

• Maintain and repair plumbing, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).
• Deliver high-quality service, respond to client queries, and report defects.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial logs.
• Support supervisor with maintenance planning on critical assets.
• Perform manual tasks including working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Participate in On-Call Rota and adhere to Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
