Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join an established FM provider. This role will focus on high-end residential and some retail buildings. You will cover around 3 different sites a day.

About the Role:
You will be given a van and fuel card and will cover central London and greater London.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, and HIUs
2. Hot water cylinder checks
3. Pumps and heat exchangers
4. Fire Alarm testing
5. VRVs and MVRHs
6. Underfloor heating
7. Small install work

Experience Required:

Level 3 Mechanical - City & Guilds or equivalent
