Job Purpose

To provide relief services to any branch within your area in the event of a manager's absence. To ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive working environment for branch colleagues.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Maintain high standards in branch housekeeping, including maintenance, display, stock management, administration, customer service, training, and daily tasks.
• Conduct security checks on branch fixtures, fittings, machinery, and stock.
• Perform cash checks in accordance with company procedures.
• Carry out company 6-point checks for auditing purposes.
• Perform quality assurance checks.
• Conduct branch stocktaking.
• Mentor and support new starters.
• Participate in branch refits as appropriate.
• Assist in the opening and closing of new branches.
• Ensure adherence to branch opening and closing times.

As per your Terms and Conditions of Employment, you should operate flexibly across a range of activities to support the company's need to adapt and to provide first-class customer service.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving license and own a vehicle.

Additional Opportunities
