Title: Mobile Manager

Reports To: Area Manager

We are looking for people with great personalities who are experienced in any previous customer focused roles that are interested in trying something different, exciting and new.

Job Purpose:

To provide a relief service to any branch within your area in the event of a managers absence. To ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company strategy to ensure an excellent service is provided to the customers and promote a positive working environment for the branch colleagues.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Ensure high standards with the branch for housekeeping including maintenance, display, stock holding, administration, customer service, training and daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Carry out security checks including branch fixtures, fittings, machinery and stock
  • Carry out cash checks in line with company procedures
  • Carry out company 6 point checks for auditing purposes
  • Conduct salesmanship training
  • Perform quality checks
  • Carry out branch stocktaking
  • Mentor and provide support to new starters
  • Involvement in branch refit as appropriate
  • Play a key role in the opening and closing of new branches.
  • Ensure compliance with branch opening and closing times.

In accordance with your Terms and Conditions of Employment, the employee should recognise that they are required to operate flexibly across a broad range of activities in support of the Company's continuing need to adapt to change and to provide a first class service to its customers.

Applicants must hold full UKdriving license's and own their own vehicle.

You also have opportunity to earn uncapped weekly bonus

We provide full training to our colleagues so no experience necessary.Your day would see you using your initiative to complete various photographic services (e.g. prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, Photoshop) for our customers.

full time 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.
