Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Technician for a remote role based in South Yorkshire. You’ll perform planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric and facilities, including basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and water hygiene tasks.

You'll log work in CAFM systems and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety and quality. The role requires a background in facilities management, experience with PDA/CAFM software, and a flexible, team-oriented

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
Familiarity with PDA and CAFM systems.
Fabric Engineer apprenticeship or Carpentry & Joinery qualifications or equivalent.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Flexible, team player, able to work weekends/on-call.
Health, Safety and Environmental awareness.

Responsibilities

Carry out all works in a professional and proactive manner.
Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric and facilities.
Inspect and repair basic plumbing and drainage, water hygiene, painting, carpentry tasks.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation; report issues.
Coordinate with specialist subcontractors and ensure safety compliance.
