Job summary

South West Norse is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Working Supervisor to lead a team of engineers delivering planned, reactive and project maintenance across the East of England. The role involves supervising across multiple sites, managing 24-hour call-out shifts, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

You will oversee project delivery, coordinate with coordinators, and report on progress while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering project works across multiple sites, including remote sites.
• Extensive practical history of general building maintenance, retail preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform scheduled maintenance and urgent reactive repairs across multiple sites.
• Lead a team of general maintenance engineers across the East of England.
• Manage project delivery from pre-assessment to QA while adhering to H+S requirements.
• Coordinate with coordinators and management to plan jobs and meet tight timelines.
• Ensure effective delivery of ongoing works and respond to 24-hour call-out shifts.
• Communicate clearly with clients and management and adapt to needs.
