Job title: Mobile Maintenance Plumber

Location: Central London & Within (M25)

Terms: Days, Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)

Salary/rate: £45,000 + Van, Fuel Card

Requirements: Plumbing or Mechanical Qualifications, including:

• NQ Plumbing or Mechanical Level 2/3
• City & Guilds Plumbing or Mechanical Level 2/3

About the company & role: A well-established maintenance provider renowned for prestigious contracts is currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber. The role involves working van mobile across sites in Central London & within the (M25), covering high-end residential properties. The company values internal promotion and is looking to add a strong Mobile Maintenance Plumber to their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
2. Ensure equipment operates to specified performance criteria and surrounding areas conform to company standards.
3. Proactively liaise with clients and relay concerns to management as necessary.
4. Ensure timely completion of administration requirements, maintaining accurate records and documents.
5. Carry out plumbing duties on-site as required.
6. Provide technical engineering services with minimal supervision regarding mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance, and installation.
7. Maintain other assets/trades as deemed competent.
8. Manage contractor duties, including monitoring workmanship to ensure standards are met.
9. Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.

Candidate requirements:

• Client-facing experience (involving direct interaction with clients or customers).
• Strong building services background.
• Qualified Plumber with Commercial/Residential experience.
