Qualifications

• Practical experience in general property maintenance or caretaking.
• Ability to perform minor repairs, decorating and carpentry to a good standard.
• Good judgement on when to call in specialist support.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs and planned maintenance across multiple properties.
• Work with a mobile team to ensure safe, comfortable living environments for residents.
• Coordinate with approved contractors for specialist work as needed.
