Job Details

Location: Bristol
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Benefits: Company vehicle & fuel card

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a large FM Service provider at a major retail site in Bristol. The role involves general building repair and maintenance, including lock changes, plumbing, painting, and reactive maintenance, ensuring health and safety standards are met. The position offers excellent career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repair and maintenance
• Change locks, door closures, and other door furniture
• Perform basic plumbing and small leak repairs
• Small painting, decoration, and carpet tile fitting
• Apply relevant trade skills for reactive maintenance
• Ensure site health and safety compliance
• Conduct L8 works on site

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintenance repairs
• Trade qualifications such as City & Guilds, BTEC National Diploma, or NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade
• Excellent client-facing skills
