Job summary
Andy File Associates Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Gas Engineer – Mobile on behalf of a client for a permanent role in the Norwich area. The role covers planned and reactive gas maintenance across commercial and domestic sites, with a company vehicle and call-out rota.
You will work to high safety standards, perform gas safety checks, and provide accurate quotations while adhering to SLAs and CAFM updates. This is a field-based, permanent position within a growing FM provider.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gas servicing, maintenance, fault finding and installation.
- Experience across commercial and domestic environments.
- Strong understanding of gas safety legislation and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
- Completing reactive repairs, fault finding and installation works.
- Carrying out gas safety checks, testing and certification.
- Travelling to various customer sites as required.
- Responding to reactive call-outs and participating in out-of-hours rota.
