Job summary

Apleona Hsg S.P.A. is seeking a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer with electrical or mechanical bias to join our facilities management team in Northampton.

You will undertake planned maintenance, reactive fault finding and repairs, and occasional installations across the region, working 40 hours per week. The role requires a formal electrical qualification, 18th Edition, Level 2/3 mechanical or plumbing qualification, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Formal electrical qualification.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation.
• Level 2 & 3 formal Mechanical or plumbing Qualification.
• Demonstratable experience in a similar Facilities Management role.
• Must have a valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned maintenance across a core contract within the region.
• Perform reactive fault finding and repairs; carry out occasional installations.
• Provide emergency call-out support on a rota basis and respond promptly to incidents.
• Ensure paperwork records are completed (electronic/paperwork).
• Interact with clients to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
