Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Mobile Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with either electrical or mechanical bias to service a core contract across the Northampton region. The role involves planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and occasional installations, with a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule.

You will carry out electrical tests, interact with clients, and provide emergency call-out support as part of a rota.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a Facilities Management role.
• Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
• Electrical qualification as baseline requirement.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation knowledge.
• Level 2/3 mechanical or plumbing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned maintenance, reactive fault finding and repairs.
• Occasional installation work within core contract.
• Provide emergency call-out support on a rota basis.
• Complete electronic/paperwork and provide quotations for outstanding actions.
• Diagnose system faults and maintain safe operation of client sites.
