Job Description

A large multinational company is looking for Maintenance Engineers to join their team. The position will be on the day shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm for reactive facilities management contracts. Candidates will ideally be expected to fully multi-skill across all disciplines within reason, including basic electrical work, plumbing, door handle lock replacements, etc. (general maintenance). They will be appointed as the lead at 2-3 buildings and will be fully accountable for PPM and Reactive task delivery, plant room housekeeping, logbook records, etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. To complete assigned PPM tasks on time with adequate record keeping.
2. To deliver Reactive Maintenance to the required standard within the contractual obligations.

Operational Responsibilities

1. To deliver mechanical, electrical, and fabric PPM & Reactive Maintenance duties in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels.
