Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Midlands, covering sites across Leicester, Nottingham, Birmingham, and Loughborough. Please note this is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity.

Role Summary: As a CBRE Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will utilize your advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision, you will monitor building system operations and performance, utilizing skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Responsibilities include:

1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to M&E plant in line with statutory requirements and industry standards.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company policies related to building operations and safety.
3. Represent CBRE professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and promoting the company's values and behaviors.
4. Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodelling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning services.
5. Perform repairs, emergency responses, and preventive maintenance as required.
6. Complete maintenance and repair records accurately.
7. Respond promptly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance when necessary.

Experience Required:

• Experience in a Facilities Management or Maintenance Engineering role.
• Experience with Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• A degree or qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• A strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
