Job summary

JCW Energy Services Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance of electrical, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting systems across client sites in the UK. The role includes out-of-hours emergency coverage and aims for first-time fix where possible.

You’ll undertake electrical works, carry out testing, update logs and submit quotes for further remedial works. Training will be provided and overtime rates enhanced.

Qualifications

• Formal electrical qualification is required.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation knowledge is required.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Experience with building management systems is preferred.
• Experience working at corporate locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance of electrical, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting systems.
• Undertake electrical works including PAT testing, electrical installation testing, lighting, fire alarm and emergency lighting maintenance, reactive and remedial works.
• Prioritise workload to meet allotted time SLAs and ensure first-time fix where possible.
• Submit quotations or materials requests as per customer procedure for remedial works.
• Update site logbooks after each visit to keep compliance records up-to-date.
• Contribute as part of a team and foster professional relationships with client, customers and colleagues.
