Job summary

PRS is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover sites in Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, and Leicester. The role is a permanent, days-based position with 40 hours per week and a basic salary up to £40,000 plus a van.

You will perform PPM tasks, minor reactive work and basic fabric duties, while coordinating contractors and ensuring safe operation across facilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ).
• Experience in a maintenance role across facilities.
• Willing to work across multiple sites and cover Birmingham/Coventry/Leicester/Derby.

Responsibilities

• PPM tasks including emergency lighting, Tap Temps, Fire Door and Bay Door inspections.
• Minor reactive works and basic fabric tasks (plumbing like leaks and taps).
• Contractor management and site coordination.

Mobile Maintenance Electrician

£40,000 per annum basic plus vehicle - no call out with this role

Permanent position for a mobile maintenance electrician to cover a number of sites in Birmingham, Coventry, Derby and Leicester. This role is working days Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This role will suit someone that does not want to go on a call out rota and is happy working a steady 40 hours per week.

Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

• PPM tasks - emergency lighting/Tap Temps/Fire Door and Bay Door Inspections etc
• Minor Reactive works
• Contractor management
• Minor fabric works - for example basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets etc)

The ideal candidate will be qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum plus van, 25 days annual leave plus stats, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
