Job summary

PRS are recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to carry out electrical PPM and reactive works across commercial offices, high-end residential and industrial sites in the Midlands. The permanent role offers circa £42,000 per annum, with overtime, a van, and a fuel card.

The role is Mon-Fri days, 40 hours per week, with on-call standby payments (£150 for 4 on-call teams per year). You’ll cover maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, AHUs, and building services plant rooms, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications (City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2).
• Multiskilled background, ideally to have experience on general HVAC plant including AHU’s, fan coils etc.
• 18th edition wiring regs
• Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
• Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records
• Driving license and willing to operate on a mobile basis
• Familiar with Facilities Management or commercial maintenance sector

Responsibilities

• To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
• To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
• To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
• To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
• Work on AHU’s, fans coils and general HVAC plant room
• Mechanical and fabric tasks where required
• Compliance checks
• Small works projects

We are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to complete electrical PPM and reactive works on commercial office space, high end residential and industrial sites acrossthe Midlands. Permanent position paying circa £42,000 plus overtime. On-call with standby payment. Mon-Fri days 40 hours per week. Van and fuel card supplied. For this position the engineer is only required to be on call 4 teams per year (£150 standby payment paid).

On offer is a permanent position paying circa £42,000 per annum, working Monday – Friday days. 25 days annual leave plus stats, van and overtime.
