Job Title: Multi Site Technician

Location: Wembley

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week

Salary Range: £44,889.89 - £46,416.20 (including LWA & Standby Payment), overtime, travel time, 33 days holiday, private pension, private healthcare, life insurance, employee discounts

This is a key position responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations within a specified region. The role involves maintaining electrical, mechanical, and building assets in ASDA stores efficiently and cost-effectively, while adhering to company health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete all necessary Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure all remedial tasks are logged and addressed, ensuring legal compliance.
2. Supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA), providing coaching and support to ensure their role aligns with company processes.
3. Prioritize maintenance and repair work to meet specified timescales and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications and Experience:

• City & Guilds 2382 (18th edition) qualification.
• Level 3 core Electrical qualification, e.g., C&G 2330, C&G 2365 (with relevant experience), C&G 2365, etc.
• Desirable but not essential: familiarity with electrical certification, City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection, relevant industry experience or time served in electrical discipline.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Ability to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, such as fans, pumps, and compressors, to recognized standards.
• General plumbing and building experience.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Valid current driving license.
