Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover sites in the Stoke-on-Trent area, including Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester, for a long-term educational client.

You will handle ppm and reactive maintenance across lighting, power, emergency lighting, and related systems, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications and 18th edition required.
• Proven track record in commercial maintenance.
• Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on lighting, power and Emergency lighting.
• Change sockets and small installations.
• Fault finding back to panels and plant checks.
• Escort sub-contractors and update CAFM system.
• Carry out PPMs on water and heating checks.

Job description

Mobile Maintenance Electrician

I am currently recruiting for a mobile maintenance electrician in the Stoke on Trent area, looking after one site in Birmingham (parking available) and one in Nottingham (parking provided) and one in Manchester (parking provided) all for the same client who is an educational institution. Covering all ppm and reactive maintenance. You will have electrical qualifications, 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, emergency lighting, changing sockets, small installations, fault finding back to panels, plant checks, escorting sub-contractors, updating the cafm system, carrying out ppm's on water and heating checks.

Hours 7-4 Monday to Friday

Salary up to 45K with NO call out, overtime available.
