Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover three sites in Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester for an educational institution. You will perform ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, and emergency lighting, with 18th edition, and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Hours are 7-4, Monday to Friday, with no call out and overtime available. Parking is provided at all sites.

Qualifications

• 18th edition electrical qualifications are essential.
• Proven track record in commercial maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, and emergency lighting; service sockets and simple installations.
• Update CAFM system and coordinate with subcontractors; support building checks and plant room tasks.

Mobile Maintenance Electrician

I am currently recruiting for a mobile maintenance electrician in the Stoke on Trent area, looking after one site in Birmingham (parking available) and one in Nottingham (parking provided) and one in Manchester (parking provided) all for the same client who is an educational institution. Covering all ppm and reactive maintenance. You will have electrical qualifications, 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties

• all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, emergency lighting, changing sockets, small installations, fault finding back to panels, plant checks, escorting sub-contractors, updating the cafm system, carrying out ppm's on water and heating checks.

Hours

7-4 Monday to Friday

Salary

up to 45K with NO call out, overtime available.
