Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician to join an expanding national lighting maintenance company. The position of maintenance electrician is a mobile one covering the North West of England.

CDL is a well-established national lighting maintenance company which has been trading for over 30 years. We are a respected provider of lighting maintenance solutions with an impressive customer base consisting of leading property companies, retail outlets and blue-chip clients.

Job Specification:

We are looking for a skilled maintenance electrician who has a good knowledge of lighting to maintain car park lighting in retail business parks and shopping Centre car parks using a Transit van- (cherry picker), which we will provide for you to use as your everyday van.

Tasks will include lamp/control gear replacement, installing new led lights, general lighting repairs, fault finding and diagnosis, electrical installation work, small works and EICR testing.

You must be willing to work at height using the Transit van mounted 12.5m access platform provided (we provide IPAF training if required), be reliable, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.

All PPE will be provided by the company

Salary – £36k Per Annum (basic) + Travelling & Overtime, Pension Scheme.
