Enterprise Mobility in Lincoln is seeking an LCV Technician / Mechanic to diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles. You will perform mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding using diagnostic equipment, taking ownership from diagnosis to completion.

The role offers overtime at 1.25x, a clear progression path to Master Technician, structured development, and a generous benefits package. Monday–Friday with 25 days leave plus holidays.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Aged 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Mansioni

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.
• Taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to completion.
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring safety and quality standards.
