Enterprise Mobility is seeking an LCV Technician / Mechanic for the Flex-E-Rent Mobile team servicing Tamworth and Walsall areas. The role offers a competitive salary with overtime and a £1,500 joining bonus, plus a clear path to Master Technician through a 5-stage training programme.

You will diagnose faults, repair diverse commercial vehicles, and prepare units for MOT using modern diagnostic equipment. Emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a dynamic fleet environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience with vehicle electrical systems and modern vehicle technology
• Experience preparing vehicles for MOT
• Experience working to productivity and efficiency targets
• Strong IT skills and confidence using workshop systems

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles
• Carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently
• Working with leading manufacturers including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford
• Taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to successful completion
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and tools
• Collaborating with a skilled and friendly team to maximise vehicle availability
• Adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team across a variety of vehicle types and repair requirements.
