Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Gravesend is seeking a Mobile Designer to join our team for showroom and in-home design visits. You will inspire customers by presenting endless kitchen and bedroom design possibilities and guide them from initial inquiry through the first design, turning dreams into reality.

You will survey homes, measure spaces, capture photos, and manage your schedule to dedicate time for each project while maintaining strong customer relationships and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in KBB or fitted furniture sales is required.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
• Full UK driving licence with 6 or fewer penalty points.
• Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos.
• Explain the surveying process to customers during visits and manage scheduling to allocate sufficient time for each design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster relationships and meet expectations.
