Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Mobile Designer for our Chester Showroom to meet customers in their homes and guide them through the design journey. The role offers a base salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000, reflecting strong earning potential with excellent training and development opportunities.

• Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers from initial inquiry to their first design, delivering their dream kitchen.
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, measuring and capturing reference photos, and explain the process during visits.
• Manage your schedule, allocating time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and nurture relationships to meet expectations.
