Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Leeds is seeking a Retail Sales Designer for the showroom. You will greet customers, design inspirational kitchens/bedrooms, and guide the end-to-end Wren journey. Design experience is not essential, as a proactive, target-driven approach is valued.

The role is 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50k. Training includes a one-week residential at our Barton-upon-Humber Academy.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with kitchen/bedroom designs that convert into sales.
• Promote additional products, services, financing and installation.
• Follow up customer inquiries promptly.
• Ensure customers enjoy a world-class journey from start to finish.
• Maintain an accurate order bank and communicate with customers.
