Job summary

Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Inspection & Testing Electrician for a mobile role across commercial and hospitality properties. You will conduct electrical inspections, testing and certification, and perform fault finding with remedial works.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 and City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent, strong knowledge of BS 7671, and a full UK driving licence. Salary up to £60,000 with a company van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical inspections and testing in commercial settings.
• Knowledge of BS 7671 and current regulations.
• Ability to identify defects and document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out EICRs and periodic inspection and testing.
• Identify, assess and coding of electrical defects.
• Produce clear electrical certification and reports.
• Perform fault finding and remedial works.
• Verify installations against regulations and complete documentation.
