Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced industrial shutter door engineer to service and repair a portfolio of client sites in and around Greater London. You will diagnose faults, aim for first-time fixes, and perform S&G surveys and audits in line with required standards.

You will also sponsor and complete technical reports and ensure audits are carried out seasonally. This role includes an on-call rota, provides a company van and equipment, and requires maintaining professional appearance

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• CSCS Cards essential.
• IPAF & PASMA certifications are preferred.
• 17th/18th Edition AMD3 electrical regs knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair a defined portfolio of clients’ shutters and industrial gates.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions, escalating when needed.
• Complete S&G surveys and technical reports; conduct audits and checks (seasonal) as required.
• Represent Arcus with professional conduct and maintain the company vehicle and dress code.
