Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial/Commercial Door Engineer to cover the South East as the primary engineer for the region. The role involves independent work across Greater London and surrounding counties, performing installations, servicing and upgrades of roller shutters, sectional doors and high‑speed doors.

Essential qualifications include proven door engineering experience, PASMA/IPAF, height and manual handling training, and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

Proven industrial/commercial door engineering experience.
Gate Safe, DHF or equivalent competency.
PASMA & IPAF certified.
Working at Height & Manual Handling trained.
Excellent IT skills and reporting via PDA or mobile devices.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to produce detailed service reports and identify parts.

Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, fault finding, repairs and upgrades of roller shutters.
Installation, servicing, fault finding, repairs and upgrades of sectional doors.
Installation, servicing, fault finding, repairs and upgrades of high-speed doors.
Installation, servicing, fault finding, repairs and upgrades of smoke & fire curtains.
Installation, servicing, fault finding, repairs and upgrades of steel security/escape doors.
Install and commission control panels, key switches and battery back-ups.
Fit door closers and panic hardware, locks and maglocks.
