Job summary

Empire Specialist Services Ltd is seeking a Mobile Improver Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer in London. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on AC units, AHUs, FCUs and HVAC systems across a large estate, working with a small maintenance team and following SOPs. Key qualifications include FGAS refrigerant handling (City & Guilds 2079) and City & Guilds 6087 Level 2.

Mon-Fri 08:00–16:30 with ample overtime. Benefits include 33 days leave, pension and travel/Oyster card.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2079 FGAS refrigerant handling certificate.
• City & Guilds 6087 Level 2 qualification.

Responsibilities

• PPMs and reactive maintenance.

Foot Mobile Improver Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineers Required - London - Plenty of OT

Must be able to drive

This role would suit a hardworking and conscientious Air Conditioning Improver with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in a methodical and tidy manner. Has a proven ability to work under Pressure and meet deadlines

Competent with maintenance on AC units, AHU’s, FCU’s, and HVAC systems

Valid driving licence

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2079 - FGAS Refrigerant Handling Certificate
• City & Guilds 6087 Level 2.

Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:00 -16:30.
