Job Overview

Teamwork Partnership has a great opportunity for a Service/Hygiene Operative to join an experienced, dedicated, and friendly Mobile Work Team based out of Leicester. The successful candidate will carry out varied cleaning work, predominantly across the East Midlands and South East of England.

Responsibilities

1. Carrying out cleaning work in food manufacturing & processing industries
2. Working within a variety of environments including wet, cold, humid, hot, dry, and dusty conditions
3. Performing all types of cleaning tasks including plant cleaning, working at heights, and confined spaces
4. Contributing positively to a team-based operation
5. Adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
6. Undergoing necessary training for high-level cleaning, confined space entry, etc.

Requirements

1. Committed and reliable individuals who enjoy variety in their work environment
2. Understanding of the front-line nature of the Mobile Service Team
3. Professional behavior and adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene regulations
4. Ability to travel independently to Leicester as required
5. A full, current driving license (driving duties are part of the role)
6. Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential; full training provided
7. Good written and verbal communication skills
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team within time constraints
9. Ability to follow procedures carefully
10. A positive and approachable manner
