Job summary

Hydraquip Hose & Hydraulics is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to attend customer sites, replace hydraulic hoses and components, diagnose faults, and complete repairs safely and efficiently.

You will work independently, delivering excellent customer service while updating jobs via the company mobile app and building relationships with customers. Driving and practical mechanical skills are essential, with full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
• Building relationships with new and existing customers
