Job summary

Pirtek Cornwall is seeking a Mobile Hydraulic Field Service Technician to service hose repairs on-site and within the surrounding areas. The role involves joining a 24-hour on-call rota, with weekend and bank holiday shifts, plus training opportunities and a full UK driving licence requirement.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical plant or engineering background, hydraulics experience, and are motivated to work as part of a team while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hydraulics knowledge or plant/motor trade background preferred.
• Willing to undertake a 24/7 on-call rota including weekends/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hose replacement service to Pirtek customers.
• Be part of a 24-hour on-call rota with other technicians.
• Maintain MSSU stock levels and documentation as required.
• Promote Pirtek products and services to customers in your territory.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and use PPE as required.
