Job summary

Password Services, part of Johnson Controls, is seeking a Mobile HVAC & Refrigeration Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems across client sites in the UK.

The role requires fault-finding on AHUs, chillers, cold rooms and ice machines, working independently in the field, and joining an on-call rota with paid overtime. Essential: F‑Gas certification, NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration/AC, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration service.
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration/AC.
• F-Gas certification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Fault find on systems including AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets and ice machines.
• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Deliver first-time fixes where possible.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients on-site.
• Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8 with paid overtime & standby).
