Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Mobile HVAC Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover the Southampton and Winchester areas. You will join a facilities management team performing PPM, reactive repairs and fault finding across commercial properties.

The successful applicant will ensure building services operate safely and efficiently, maintaining high health and safety standards while delivering excellent service to clients and site representatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HVAC Engineer in commercial FM.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC fault finding, maintenance, and repairs.
• Experience in general building services or multi-skilled maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good health and safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems and building services equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform reactive maintenance and repairs to minimise downtime.
• Maintain and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems.
• Complete general multi-skilled maintenance tasks across commercial buildings.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete works within agreed timescales.
• Identify potential equipment failures and recommend preventative solutions.
• Complete maintenance reports and compliance documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with current legislation and health & safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients and site representatives.
