Job summary

Password Services, part of Johnson Controls, is looking for a mobile HVAC & refrigeration service engineer to service, maintain and repair equipment across hospitality, retail and commercial sectors.

This role involves on-site fault finding on AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets, cellar cooling and ice machines, and requires independent field work with an on-call rota and paid overtime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration service.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or similar environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Fault find on systems including AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets, cellar cooling, and ice machines.
• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Deliver first-time fixes where possible.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients on-site.
• Participate in an on-call rota (with paid overtime & standby).
