Rydon Maintenance Ltd is seeking a mobile HVAC Engineer to join our specialist Facilities Maintenance team supporting NHS estates around Bristol. You will assume responsibility for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, delivering both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, with daily opportunities to influence critical infrastructure.

The role is site-based around Bristol with on-call responsibilities.

Formación

• Previous relevant experience in maintenance of buildings in a commercial setting, ideally NHS, essential.
• Solid Health & Safety awareness.
• Experience carrying out HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Strong fault finding and problem solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence required (no more than 6 points).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to reactive maintenance, fault finding, diagnosis and repair.
• Service chillers, split systems and associated plant.
• Carry out maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors.
• Minor installation, refurbishment and upgrade works.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and within timescales.
• Accurate completion of job documentation and service records.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergencies and make safe work.
