Rydon Maintenance Ltd in Bristol is expanding its specialist Facilities Maintenance team, seeking a mobile HVAC engineer. You’ll service and repair HVAC systems across NHS buildings, reporting to the Service Manager, delivering both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs with safety at the forefront.

The role offers on-site work around Bristol, with a strong focus on reliability, fault finding and keeping critical infrastructure running smoothly for NHS facilities.

Qualificações

• Experience maintaining HVAC in commercial or NHS settings.
• Solid health & safety awareness and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across HVAC systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance, diagnose faults and repair.
• Service chillers, split systems and associated plant.
• Maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors.
• Carry out minor installation, refurbishment and upgrade works.
• Ensure work is completed safely within timescales and document service records.
• Participate in an on-call rota for emergency and make-safe work.
