Job summary

ICare Group is seeking Home Care Workers to provide compassionate personal care in clients' homes across Chaddesden, Alvaston, Normanton and surrounding areas. You will travel between clients, support with daily routines, meals, and wellbeing, and uphold dignity and independence.

Full induction, paid shadowing, and ongoing development are provided. Weekly pay, mileage between calls, and flexible working opportunities are offered to build a rewarding career in community care.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate attitude toward clients.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to quality care.
• Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do approach.
• Flexible and able to work across a varied rota, including evenings and weekends.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.
• Living within or near the supported areas and able to travel between clients' homes.
