• Experience in mobile HGV technician roles is beneficial.
• Holder of a UK valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on trucks.
• Conduct technical inspections using diagnostic techniques.
• Produce reports on accident-damaged machines for repair.

Salary: £40,000 + Van, FC + Overtime (paid at 1.5X) OTE £50,000 +

Due to increased business levels our specialist fleet maintenance company is looking to add an additional mobile HGV technician to the team. As a mobile HGV Technician you will be based from home coveringGoole and the surrounding area. Industry leading training is offered from day 1

Duties of the Mobile HGV Technician

• Perform a variety of routine servicing, inspections and subsequent repairs toa variety of trucks and commercial vehicles
• Perform visual or operational checks to locate worn, dirty or maladjusted parts.
• Carry out technical inspections or use technical manuals and diagnostic techniques to find and repair inoperable or defective machine parts, components or systems using a small variety of test equipment.
• Will be required to undertake thorough inspections of accident damaged machines and produce accurate reports to enable repair.
• In this mobile HGV technician role you will be working on customer sites with or without workshop facilities being available for use

Experience/skills required for the Mobile HGV Technician

• Previous experienceworking on a range of heavy goods vehicles
• Any previous mobile HGV technician experience would be beneficial
• Any experience gained working on GSE would be an advantage
• UK valid driving licence.
