Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment is seeking a Mobile HGV Mechanic for on-road servicing across Worthing, Brighton, West Sussex and surrounding areas. The role offers a fully equipped service van and diesel card, with overtime opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 HGV qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, proven HGV experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to fabricate and weld components, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Level 3 HGV qualification is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Proven experience as an HGV technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HGV vehicle mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles (HGV).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential problems or safety concerns.
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced HGV Mechanic looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team

Our client is seeking a skilled Mobile HGV Mechanic to provide high-quality maintenance and repair services on heavy goods vehicles. With a fully kitted service van and a diesel card provided, the successful candidate will primarily operate on the road, delivering exceptional service to clients in Worthing, Brighton, West Sussex, and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Level 3 HGV qualification is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
