Job summary
Calibre Search is seeking an experienced Groundworker Multi-Trader to join a leading facilities management provider in West London. You will work across a portfolio of supermarkets and retail petrol stations, delivering planned and reactive groundworks and external repairs across multiple sites.
Your role focuses on groundworks, hard landscaping and external fabric repairs, with a mobile remit across Feltham, Heathrow, Kingston and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.
- Basic education up to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Proficiency with PC or iPad and standard apps.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Proven ability to carry out groundworks and external repairs to high standards.
- Able to work independently across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled maintenance across multiple West London sites in line with SLAs.
- Carry out groundworks and external repairs including paving, kerbs, tarmac and fencing.
- Repair and maintain walkways, driveways and forecourt surfaces.
- Perform basic plumbing and minor fabric repairs as needed.
- Support light HVAC tasks and drainage maintenance.
- Ensure safety compliance and accurate record-keeping in systems.
