Job summary

ReGen Solutions is seeking an experienced Landscaper/Groundworker to carry out maintenance works in the social housing sector. Most tasks involve day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied or void properties in the Walthamstow/Essex area.

Main duties include multi-trade repairs such as fencing, block paving, concreting, decking, turfing, artificial grass, sleepers and external lighting. A Social Housing background, full tools and a UK driving licence are essential for this permanent role with a van

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance works in social housing properties (occupied/void).
• Perform multi-trade tasks including fencing, paving, concreting, decking, turfing, artificial grass, sleepers and external lighting.
